It's critical we understand what the Biden handlers, Democrats and the Squad want and are now unleashing on America.  All you need to know is what a far-left Chicago social activist wrote in his road map decades ago which has been embraced by Obama, Clinton and other Liberals.  It's Saul Alinksy's "How to Create a Socialist State".  Read on and tell me I'm wrong to believe we have only the 2022 elections left as our life raft.  Here are his Eight Levels to create a Socialist State, the first he said is the most important:   

1.  Control Healthcare and you control the People (Covid, Lockdowns, Loss of Freedoms).  

2. Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control (Pay People Not to Work).  

3.  Increase the debt to an unsustainable level (Debt Now at $29 Trillion), increase taxes which produces more poverty (Build Back Better Tax Increases).  

4. Gun control, remove people's ability to defend themselves from the Government (Defund the Police, D's Trying to Take Guns for Years).   

5.  Take Control of every aspect of individual's lives, food (Inflation), housing (Rezoning Schemes), income (Guaranteed Annual Income).  

6.  Take control of what people read and listen to, take control of what children learn in school (Cancel Culture, CRT, Censorship and Revisionist History), 

7.  Remove belief in God from government & schools (Done). 8.  Divide the people into wealthy and poor, that causes discontent and it is easier to tax the wealthy with the support of the poor (Racism, Polarization, Hate and Fear).

Things are heating up in Fountain Hills, and it's more than just the blistering outdoor temperature.  "Brush Fires" of citizen led groups have sprung up of those who have had enough of Town Hall.  The folks who sit in our Council and Mayoral seats with the exception of Friedel and Spelich are tone deaf.  They just refuse to listen to what citizens of Fountain Hills are saying...LOUDLY...we are land locked.  Land is at a premium; we cannot expand beyond our current borders.  Home prices are soaring.  Yet Mayor Ginny and her liberal band insist on infill with down zoning massed and stacked projects.    For 15 months Detox Homes have been popping up in Town, the issue continues to be a front of the mind concern all over Fountain Hills.  Citizens have religiously "worked" the process researched, met, educated themselves, spoken with experts, gone through the Planning and Zoning Process to get the issue to Council.  Only to be smacked down by staff and members of the Council like outgoing Councilman Magazine who said, "he didn't have to sit and listen to these people".  When over 100 recently amassed at Town Hall citizens were all but sneered at.  As a result, a large citizen's group has formally organized to fight back, Reclaim Our Town will actively participate in the coming elections.   The School Board is busy putting out fires.  Financial problems appear to plague them, so now they are poised to sell three parcels of school owned land.  One parcel over 30 plus acres of beautiful rolling hills and arroyos sits between El Lago and Cavern Drive just south of Palisades.  It has always been shown on maps and plats as School Property.  Many who bought homes or lots were told "there would never be anything built on it"...for a number of reasons.  The natural slope of that acreage was protected it could not be bladed or disturbed.  It was not until 2014 when then Mayor Linda Kavanagh signed off on a change to that slope ordinance allowing 35 homes (or affordable apartments!) to be a possibility. Nearly 100 home owners surrounding what is being called Arroyo602 have organized to actively fight the School Board's move to sell the land and if necessary defeat it at the ballot box; it's pretty clear there is a developer lurking around who will pounce on the land should the Board receive approval to sell!  Another piece of School Board land called Aspen is also slated for selling and there is a citizen's group organized against that.    Behind Bashas is zero lot Havenly, massed together rentals where sunlight can barely be seen between buildings.  The developer is renting these units as opposed to selling as a bet that sales prices will continue to soar and he will enjoy a huge return on investment down the road. And look what the Town allowed to be built in Adero Canyon where the land now looks like strip mining.  The Adero Scottsdale Resort (it's actually in Fountain Hills) expansion turned out to be a multi story, square, white box rising from the rolling hills. Let's not even talk about empty store fronts, dusty lots and the Green Apartment project on the Avenue!  Citizens fought Daybreak, fought the Property Tax increase and won both by huge margins.  Why must citizens keep fighting their own Town Government?  Apparently enough is enough; folks have now reached a point where there is only one solution, elect new political leadership,  August 2nd you have the opportunity to elect a new Mayor and three new Council members.  Individuals are running who understand quality economic development, are committed to retaining the high end single family home neighborhoods and character of the Town.  New leaders who will listen, respond and protect this rare gem called Fountain Hills. 

News Flash!!! There is a new reporter on the scene in Fountain Hills! Willy will be here and there and everywhere! His first report deals with a pattern of behavior seen in recent years by a council member intent on bringing others of like mind and patterns on to our town council.  

Who you might ask is this councilman? None other than Alan Magazine. This reporter has uncovered a series of acts and would like to share them. Starting before 2016 Mr Magazine was found guilty of an ethnics violation against a council candidate! He secured her unlisted phone number and harassed her and was found guilty. Recently he marched into a newly established business in town and tried to intimidate the business owners into remove petitions for potential  candidates running for our town council! That is 2 cases of election interference and manipulation! Recently at council meetings this same councilman used the council meetings to tout how George Soros has been picked on by the right and called everyone an antisemite! At the most recent council meeting he went out of his way to admonish between 150-200 of the tax paying residents of this town. He clearly stated that he won’t listen to anyone who speaks up in a council meeting!  

I bring this up, because he has recruited another bully named Peggy McMahon who sides with and will continue with his role on this council. He is also the campaign manager for another candidate Cindy Couture who he has guided to also carry this torch of bullying and not listening to ANY residents like the aforementioned McMahon.  These people have their own agenda to control this town in spite of the residents.   You control the destiny of YOUR town, get the word out.
